General Laborer
Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will engage in various tasks within a large precast concrete production environment. Your role will involve moving rebar, setting forms, pouring concrete, and performing other related tasks. This position requires consistent lifting and fast-paced work. Selected candidates may receive training as carpenters to build and set concrete forms for production. Hours for this position are Monday through Saturday from 6am-5pm.

Work Environment
The work environment is split evenly between indoor and outdoor settings. Form setting and concrete pouring are conducted indoors within the manufacturing facility, while staging and shipping of concrete slabs occur outdoors. Expect to get dirty throughout a full workday. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a work shirt, with hard hat, vest, and glasses provided. You will be part of a collaborative team, working with 2-3 other people, within a total of about 70 personnel throughout the facility.
