Aston Carter Certified Payroll Coordinator in Omaha, Nebraska
Description:
Provide timely and accurate reports to meet needs of teams
Reconcile and troubleshoot certified payroll reporting errors
Generate, format, and analyze reports out of SAP, Service Now, and other software applications
Enter data via manual entry or upload to various software applications (LCPtracker)
Develop and maintain a network with all levels of the company management
Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external departments
Work with subcontractors to set up and maintain weekly submissions
Using SAP to pull information, report and maintain company craft hours to make sure they are compliance with federal and state regulations
Monitor and contact subcontractors to make sure they are in compliance in submitting and following their regulations on their end
Back and forth emails with people in the field (customer service)
Pull payroll weekly for projects, export information through SAP
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
• 1+ year of experience in a professional role (banking, HR, accounting, payroll, anything office related)
• Communication skills
• Tech savvy
• Reliable
• Self motivated (will not be micromanaged)
• Experience working in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to have tough conversations about not being compliant
• High school diploma required, no degree necessary
NICE TO HAVE:
• Prevailing wage experience
• Experience with Davis Bacon Act
• Experience submitting certified payroll
