Rate: $42 - $50 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Execution: Lead the execution of business readiness functions to support the ngPMS program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.
Hotel Engagement: Support the delivery of hotel engagement processes and tactics, focusing on Training, Change Management, Production Support, and Deployment and Implementation. Ensure that hotel owners and colleagues are fully prepared for the transition to the new property management system.
Implementation Planning: Create comprehensive plans to lead the delivery of the ngPMS program, ensuring that all stakeholders have the necessary resources and support leading up to, during, and following the implementation.
Coordination and Leadership: Lead meetings to coordinate work across various functions, leveraging strategic and operational knowledge of hotel operations to guide and support successful delivery of the new PMS.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, colleagues, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration throughout the implementation process.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the ngPMS program implementation.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
Hotel Operations Experience: A strong background in hotel operations, with a particular focus on front desk management, is essential to understand the practical aspects of the new PMS implementation.
Project Management Skills: Proven experience in project management, with the ability to create and execute detailed implementation plans.
Change Management Expertise: Experience in leading change management initiatives, with a focus on training and stakeholder engagement.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead meetings and coordinate work across multiple functions.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Oracle systems and property management systems is highly desirable.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
