Providence St. Joseph Health Manager Security in Olympia, Washington

Description The Security Manager designs, develops, and implements programs, and systems that focus on individual and organizational security and communications to improve the security and safety of patients, visitors, and staff within Providence St. Peter Hospital, Centralia Hospital, and licensed off site locations. The Manager is responsible for the full scope of department functions for the organization including strategic and technology planning, quality improvement, budget accountability, labor management, and day-to-day operations. The position manages the functions of Security and provides oversight and compliance assurance for the Joint Commission Environment of Care Security Management program. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information Preferred Qualifications: Experience in risk safety, security, security/law enforcement, fire service or military 5 years in a health care management position developing and implementing security management programs 5 years experience in risk safety, security, security/law enforcement, fire service or military. 1 year Photo ID, CCTV & Access Control operations 1 year experience working with local & state agencies 1 year Life Safety Code Compliance experience Why Join Providence?
