AOC requires employees to reside in Washington State.  Any exceptions must be approved.  If you are invited to interview and currently reside outside of Washington State, seek more information about residency requirements from the AOC hiring manager of this recruitment.**

This position requires 3 days per week working onsite at AOC facilities**

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


 

Conducts payroll on-boarding and exit processes; ensures all necessary paperwork is received by the deadlines and that employee receives all required paperwork within the allowable timeframe.

nalyzes, interprets, and processes all payroll related transactions into the state payroll (HRMS) system, using independent judgment to evaluate accuracy, completeness and compliance of each form.

Exercises appropriate action based upon the analysis and interpretation of payroll data.
