Our key cabinets & locker solutions help all types of organizations better control their important assets, improving productivity & accountability, and reducing risk in critical processes.

Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

As the Head of Commercial for Traka Technology, you will be responsible for developing and executing our central commercial strategy, driving revenue and contribution margin growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with our product, engineering, and operations teams to provide feedback and insights from the market and customers. You will report to the Senior Vice President and Head of Key and Asset Management

What you will do…

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy for Traka Technology, aligned with the company's vision and goals.

  • Build out an improved pricing methodology using input data from base costs and market analysis.

  • Innovate on our commercial offering provided to customers.

  • Build a large bid support and approval process.

  • Take ownership of the commercial contract environment centrally, support the regions from a legal and commercial perspective, where required.

  • Be the point of contract for the ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions pricing and legals team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, and identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Analyse and report on the performance and trends of the commercial activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Ensure that the commercial activities comply with the relevant policies, standards, and regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the region.

  • As this is a new role within the business, responsibilities will develop over time.

    What we expect of you…

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial role, preferably in the a technology business

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies and plans.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to inspire and influence others.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to use data and insights to drive actions.

  • Customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality service and solutions.

  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

  • Fluency in English

  • Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and expectations.

  • Willingness to travel, including internationally
