Noble Supply & Logistics Warehouse Coordinator in Olive Branch, Mississippi

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Warehouse Coordinator at Noble, you will play a vital role in assisting the supervisor with overseeing and managing the operations. You will assist a team of associates, ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. This individual is also required to understand all systems that are utilized in the distribution environment, ensure safety and OSHA compliance standards.

  • Shift Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping

  • Quality Control: Enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet established standards and customer expectations.

  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory control team to maintain accurate records of stock levels and resolve discrepancies.

  • Efficiency and Productivity: Assist with monitoring and updating production records, progress, and goals.

  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, fostering a culture of safety awareness among warehouse personnel.

  • Communication: Liaise with other shifts and departments, including shift supervisors, receiving, and management, to resolve issues and maintain a seamless workflow.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of shift operations, including shift reports, productivity metrics, and compliance records.

  • Training and Development: Train new hires and provide ongoing support as needed

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of materials, distribution processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective distribution of goods

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment

  • Ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to collaborate with team members and individuals to identify, communicate, and provide process improvement solutions for the organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field a plus.

  • Experience quality controlling mass projects with multiple variables, shifting priorities, and deadlines

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with high attention to detail

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, RF Smart WMS, UPS WorldShip, Fed Ex Ship Manager and Endicia Dazzle.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

  • Flexibility with hours - ability to work varied hours, days, night, and weekends as business dictates]

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Required to meet with customers in various environments, with a personal at home office for administrative duties. Office spaces will be available if required at our 3 sales operation centers (Boston, Harrisonburg, or Stevensville)
