This is a job for a Forklift Operator (2nd Shift) position with a company located in the Olive Branch, MS area.

What You'll Be Doing: You will report to the Operations Supervisor; you will be responsible for picking and loading freight securely and correctly. In this role you will ensure that work is done in a timely manner.

Forklift Operator Key Responsibilities: Prints and completes paperwork, performs cycle counts, and stocks pallets on top of each other. Ensures that the right carrier is loaded on the correct trailer. Scans labels, as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Consideration: High School diploma or 1-2 relevant experience. Ability to bend, lift, and reach items. Ability to lift objects (50 pounds, more or less). Ability to stock and organize products safely and accordingly, as some items are fragile. Ability to handle/transport heavy items with the use of manual or mechanical handling machinery, and handheld scanning equipment. Ability to organize and clean workstations promptly. Ability to work well with a team. Ability to complete paperwork for carrier; review and process shipping documentation. Ability to assist with process/ logistics improvement efforts. Ability to follow the safety rules and regulations as warranted by OSHA. Ability to withstand warehouse settings (varying temperatures). Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
