Lockheed Martin Electronics Technician in Oldsmar, Florida

THE WORK

This role will utilize test procedures, wiring diagrams, circuit board schematics, manual and automated test equipment required to functionally test and troubleshoot manufactured electronic and cable related products. Expectation is the ability to effectively manipulate and adjust stand-alone test equipment to verify required electronic signals to facilitate testing per the Test Requirement Document (TRD). Communicates effectively with Engineers and various levels of management when resolving Test issues.

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Basic Qualifications:

- 5 years or more of direct career experience in electronics test and troubleshoot

- Proficient in component level troubleshooting of integrated cables and circuit boards

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite and other data collection programs to accurately document maintenance actions.

Desired Skills:

Proficient in Cable test/troubleshoot down to furl and components within assemblies for ring out.

Experienced with high power Hi-Pot and testing with Horizon equipment

DRS, TPY, and ULTRA Test/troubleshoot experience a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
