Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) division is seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Integration Manager located in Oklahoma City, OK . The successful candidate will lead a team of systems engineering and integration engineers on the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) program.

The B-52 Bomber is part of our nuclear triad and has been a key component for decades. The B-52 CERP is part of a series of upgrades that will extend the life of the B-52 platform for decades. The CERP program has completed the system Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and is moving towards system Critical Design Review (CDR) to be conducted in the next year.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees and leads first-level managers performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Systems Engineering.

  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.

  • Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

  • Manages, develops, and motivates employees and first-level managers.

  • Executes the product development efforts in accordance with the MS&B and tailored CERP Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).

  • Works with the program and Capabilities to ensure execution in alignment with standard processes.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

  • 10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT).

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering management or technical management.
