Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is currently seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (CAM)/Earned Value Manager (Level 3) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located on-site in Oklahoma City, OK. No relocation is provided to OKC.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled

  • Assess and maintain objective performance criteria

  • Develop, analyze, maintain and explain estimates to complete

  • Provide support to internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis

  • Perform budget baselining, funding analysis, and cost risk analysis/assessments

  • Prepare government cost performance reports

  • Review and explain performance measurement variance

  • Participate in the standard EVMS rhythm

  • Prepare month end reports to meet EVMS requirements

  • Support the Program and Business Management Teams in EVMS activities that include: WBS alignment, time phasing of the tasks, developing and documenting earned value methodologies, monthly performance measurement, estimate to complete analysis and updates, and variance analysis research and reporting

  • Support monthly cost and schedule reviews, identify pressures and opportunities, and develop recovery plans as required

  • Research and help respond to DCMA inquiries regarding monthly data submissions

  • Prep for and support Joint Surveillance Reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and all other audit activity. Support the associated data collection and submission, as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or Master's degree with 3 years experience in the following areas: Earned Value Management, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields

  • Experience with Earned Value Management or government cost reporting, using Business Systems (such as SAP, COBRA, or other)

  • Experience with financial forecasting, estimates to completion and performance measurement concepts

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace/Defense Industry Experience

  • Understanding of US Government procurement and contracting, Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR

  • Professional Certifications in Earned Value Management

  • Control Account Manager (CAM) training and/or certification

  • Experience with Scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project.

  • Experience with the AOP (annual operating plan) and LRSP (long range strategic plan) processes

Salary Range: $74,600 - $111,800

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
