ManpowerGroup Forklift Operator & Order Management Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Our client in the warehouse and logistics industry is seeking a Forklift Operator & Order Management Specialist to join their team. As a Forklift Operator & Order Management Specialist, you will be part of the Warehouse / Logistics department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience in warehouse operations which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator & Order Management Specialist

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Pay Range: $15 - $17 Based on Experience

What's the Job?

  • Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse.

  • Ensure accurate inventory placement and conduct regular equipment inspections.

  • Follow safety protocols and assist with stocking, order preparation, and inventory checks.

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time.

  • Update order records in the warehouse management system (WMS) and coordinate deliveries with logistics teams.

  • Process returns and adjustments, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and assist with inventory counts.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Forklift operation experience (certification preferred).

  • Familiarity with order management or warehouse software is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
