PDS Tech Inc Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineer for one of our top Aerospace and Defense clients in Oklahoma City . The Design and Analysis Engineer will be responsible for the development and documentation of moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements. This role includes designing hardware, software, and interface specifications, as well as testing and validating to ensure system designs meet both operational and functional requirements. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements, solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle, and research specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.

Job Title: Design and Analysis Engineer

Job Type: Full time; Consultant (12 months)

Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73102, 100% onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift

Pay Rate: $53.82 to $63.30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements.

  • Design hardware, software, and interface specifications.

  • Test and validate system designs to ensure they meet operational and functional requirements.

  • Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance.

  • Solve problems related to fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Research and apply technology advances to meet company business needs.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of exposure to AGILE methodology.

  2. 3+ years of knowledge and familiarity with DOORS, Clear Case, and GIT .

  3. Bachelor's degree in STEM with typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification, or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification.

  4. Any relevant experience relating to an engineering or engineer role.

  5. Due to government regulations this position is open only to US Citizens

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of AGILE methodology.

  • Proficiency with DOORS, Clear Case, and GIT.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills for fielded hardware and software issues.

  • Ability to research and integrate technology advances.

  • Strong communication skills for documenting requirements and monitoring supplier performance.

Pay Details: $53.82 to $63.30 per hour
