\ RESPONSIBILITIES & OPPORTUNITIES

- - Consult with customers to understand their needs, applications, and opportunities for improvements

{=html} <!-- --> - Maintain a high level of application and product expertise, as well as competency with complementary products

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TALENTS & REQUIREMENTS

- - Bachelors degree in Engineering (equivalent technical degree and/or experience will also be considered)

{=html} <!-- --> - - Knowledge of Industrial Automation & Control Systems including PLC, RIO, HMI, SCADA & Industrial PCs (Siemens experience a plus)

{=html} <!-- --> - - Knowledge of VFD & Motor Control (Siemens experience a plus)

{=html} <!-- --> - - Knowledge of Industrial Networking (Understanding of Profinet & Profibus a plus)

{=html} <!-- --> - - Knowledge of Industrial Instrumentation Level, Pressure, Flow (not required, but a plus)

{=html} <!-- --> - - Knowledge of Power Distribution Systems LV/MV Switchgear, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Panelboards, Switchboards (not required, but a plus)

{=html} <!-- --> - - Passionate about serving customers and facilitating partnerships

{=html} <!-- --> - - Effective listening, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

{=html} <!-- --> - - Ability to identify customer needs, present solutions and product recommendations, and close orders

{=html} <!-- --> - - Ability to educate customers and provide product demonstrations

{=html} <!-- --> - - Strong work ethic

{=html} <!-- --> - - Frequent travel within the assigned area, which may include some overnight travel

{=html} <!-- --> - Must possess a valid drivers license
