The Hertz Corporation Analyst - Accounts Receivables in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
A Day in the Life:
As a Receivable Analyst at The Hertz Corporation, you will play a crucial role in managing our receivables and ensuring efficient financial operations. Your responsibilities will include reporting, debt referral agency relationship management, agency assignment, receivables management, and addressing queries.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging and collections status.
Analyze data to identify trends and propose process improvements.
Analyze, prepare, and distribute accurate monthly ad hoc reports.
Assign customer accounts to appropriate collection agencies.
Collaborate with agencies to optimize collections strategies.
Monitor agency performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
Oversee the direct billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts and payments.
Streamline procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on best practices.
We expect the starting salary to be around $50,000; the actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience.
What We’re Looking For:
General accounting knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Intermediate to advance excel skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and identify trends.
Proficiency in using collection software and tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented approach and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and tact.
Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and Automation tools preferred
