Oracle Accomodation Consultant in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Job Description

Oracle is seeking an Accommodation Analyst to enhance an already inclusive environment within Oracle and to ensure that all employees can perform and achieve to their best potential.

The Accommodation Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on accommodations processes, as well as state and federal disability laws, and ensure a comprehensive and compliant approach to reasonable accommodations. This role will provide end-to-end accommodation case management, including engaging with and educating employees and stakeholders (e.g. benefits, employment legal, human resources) on ADA accommodations. In addition, they will serve as the project lead on accommodation initiatives and implementations and will be responsible for developing and maintaining accommodation resources, trainings, educational material, and communications for employees and managers and also work with leadership to design, develop, and implement processes and success metrics related to reasonable accommodations. They will identify areas of risk, process improvement, and opportunities to improve the overall accommodations experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in program/project management, risk assessment and mitigation, and/or process improvement with exceptional communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize their work, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and a focus on the employee experience. The ideal candidate understands how to analyze and document accommodations actions, decisions, and outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Experienced problem-solver and analytical thinker

  • Exceptional communication/presentation skills, with a track record of establishing rapport and influencing stakeholders and partners at all levels

  • Consistently demonstrated interpersonal sensitivity and work collaboratively across multiple disciplines to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, through collaboration and teamwork, to ensure an effective ADA program

  • Strong time management and ownership of deliverables

  • Ability to prioritize, manage and complete work/projects within required timelines

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of ADA, FMLA, statutory leaves and disability policies and laws, in addition to understanding the job accommodation processes including utilization of internal resources

  • Ability to analyze data and trends to improve policies and processes

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience and 5 or more years of experience managing accommodations

  • Experience in absence management and/or accommodation compliance

  • BA/BS or equivalent job experience

  • PHR and/or CPDM certification

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
