Lab Coverage Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
What You'll Do:
Engineering test request management, receive and schedule testing requests from 50-75 different internal teams
Assist internal team leads with triaging priority requests and ensuring continuity of current testing
Learn basic understanding of testing timelines to ensure proper scheduling and timely completion of requests
Provide support to internal team members for status updates
Communicate status updates with client submitters
Maintain confidential information and ensure clients are informed of changes or revisions.
Maintain multiple methods of communications with internal and external partners
Generate and maintain several data reports ensuring all information is accurate and update at all times.
What You'll Need:
Associates or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent job experience, engineering background is a plus.
Communicate professionally and concisely - both written and verbal
Have solid experience maintaining a high attention to detail
Proven Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with Pivot Tables is preferred.
Ability to understand scientific/engineering terminology and communicate it to others.
Ability to quickly understand job-specific software
Team-oriented and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
Be a proven multi-tasker that truly thrives on juggling multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
Possess strong organizational skills with ability to quickly assess project status and communicate it effectively
Customer service oriented
Experience in handling large quantities of confidential data
Driven, energetic person coordinating activities among different areas of the department
