CHMC – Floor Care Technician– Part Time- Varying Shifts– 8 hour shifts scheduled between 7a-7p- Requisition 7277
Job Grade 6: ($17.24-$19.36)*
Floor Care staff will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of proper carpet and floor care techniques. Maintain the standards of cleanliness in an assigned area established by the department manager. Duties will include: dust mop, wet mop, spray buff or burnish, strip and or waxing. Cleaning of carpets and upholstered furniture, stairwells, baseboards, elevator floors and elevator stainless. Move and/or relocate furniture throughout the hospital and clinics. Disposal of all floor care chemicals and maintaining of floor care equipment. Report repairs.Shift will be depending on the area in which floor care needs to be maintained.
Qualifications:
Driver’s license required
HS Diploma or equivalent
