BANK OF UTAH Operations/Call Center Support in OGDEN, Utah

Primary job function is answering inbound customer service calls, making outbound calls with fraud inquires or to return customer voice mails.  Assist our customers by answering questions concerning debit cards, account research, online banking assistance and products/services. Respond to customer email inquiries and assist with daily operational tasks as needed.  The hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:

  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Professional appearance, dress and attitude
  • Previous customer service and/or banking experience is a plus

Regular Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answers questions for customers concerning their accounts, online banking assistance and general inquiries.
  • Assist branch personnel and customers with debit card transactions, disputes, ordering cards, etc.
  • Respond to inbound customer email from the "contact us" page on our website.
  • Contact customers to discuss account corrections, fraud inquires or to verify information.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

     

*The wage listed is within the range associated with this position. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
