Logitech Territory Account Manager in Offsite - USA, Florida

Logitech’s Public Sector Sales Team is focused on making a difference to the education, government, and healthcare communities. Comprised of fully dedicated and cross functional teams, the Public Sector sales vertical is a Logitech company priority and supported at the highest levels of company leadership.

The role of the Southeast Territory Account Manager will be focused on the Public Sector business in southeastern U.S. Based in Florida, the ideal candidate will have experience selling into Public Sector, have a passion for hunting new business, and an established ability for over-achieving quota while focusing on the customer. The candidate will be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute on a strategic plan while consistently delivering on quarterly revenue targets. We also inspire our employees to bring their innovative ways to the the table.

*Initially, this is an inside sales role that may transition to a field-based position in the future.

  • Possess self-motivation and leadership to develop and grow Logitech market share in the assigned territory

  • Deliver on forecast and quota attainment goals and objectives

  • Develop a Public Sector territory sales strategy and set aggressive goals to grow key segments in which Logitech competes

  • Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

  • Manage channel partner relationships as required to meet the assigned goals and objectives

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Public Sector market

  • Experience in selling Unified Communications (UC) and strong understanding of cloud solutions

  • Able to do hands-on solutions demos with our customer

  • Strong business development, prospecting and closing skills

  • Proficient with CRM/Pipeline tools (Salesforce.com) coupled with the ability to maintain accurate and efficient reporting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail

  • Strong team orientation

  • The desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, team environment

  • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed

This position offers an annual OTE (base + variable) of typically between $ 102,200 and $ 148,200, dependent on location and experience.

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
