As we continue this journey, our Drives team are now looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager to accelerate sales growth by developing industry-leading marketing communications founded in thorough understanding of customer needs. Our preference would be for this this role to be based in Silkeborg or Graasten, with Copenhagen or Offenbach less preferable alternates.

Job Responsibilities

As Senior Marketing Project Manager you will manage and drive end-to-end B2B marketing communication, launches and initiatives from strategizing and developing to ensuring global roll out monitoring, and evaluation. You will be working in the Global Marketing Communications team with passionate and competent colleagues from 20+ countries. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Project management of global marketing communication activities for but not limited to the Danfoss Drives segment, selected industries and product launches/ updates.

  • Conceptualize and storyline master campaigns across touch points to retain strong brand position.

  • Ensure strong communication execution together with colleagues located across the world.

  • Evaluate activation efficiency and determine implications for future initiatives.

  • Prepare thought leadership content in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders in the organization.

  • Coach and inspire colleagues as sparring partner.

  • Continuously develop our approach to marketing communications and optimize our ways of working.

  • Handle external vendor contacts and agreements.

  • Facilitating and driving development of marketing assets like literature, digital assets, web communication and movie production together with both agencies and our internal specialists in the Global Marketing Communications team.

  • Drive communication across digital platforms; web, SoMe and marketing automation.

Background & Skills

You have a relevant educational background at master’s level in marketing or equivalent level and have thorough experience, preferable within Global Marketing Communications in an international company where you have been working with B2B customers or from agency experience. Furthermore:

  • You are a passionate and energetic project leader with a proven project management track record in executing projects from beginning to end within tight deadlines without any sacrifice in quality or user experience.

  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing from a customer-centric perspective and can identify key digital platforms to ensure positive customer engagement and business impact.

  • You have good experience of working in brand development and maintaining the messaging hierarchy across various target audiences.

  • You are comfortable working in a matrixed organization, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders in cross-functional teams.

  • You are curious and have a strong interest in staying updated on new developments and best practices within the field of marketing communications.

As for personal capabilities, you have strong networking skills across functions and various levels of seniorities and have the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence a wide range of stakeholders by your positive and proactive approach. You have an interest in gaining insights into customer needs and how Danfoss Drives can create excellent customer experiences with our offering to the market. Finally, you have strong and effective written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
