Citigroup US Retail Bank, Program Management Lead (Digital Channel) - Vice President - Hybrid in O'Fallon, Missouri
The Mass and Emerging Affluent Segments team is part of the Segments & Product Department within Citi’s US Retail Banking group. The Mass and Emerging Affluent Segments team is responsible for designing and delivering differentiated and competitive value propositions to defined client segments with a focus on the digital channel.
The Program Management Lead is a strategic professional within the Mass and Emerging Affluent Segment who stays abreast of developments within the digital channel and is responsible for designing, managing and delivering core KPIs for the the channel. Communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide and influence other lines of business. This individual will also work closely with the Digital Strategy Manager.
Responsibilities:
Supports planning, directing and coordinating activities to drive Digital KPIs
Ensure seamless digital delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
Work with partners across digital, marketing, segment, fraud, product and technology teams to deliver go-to-market strategies and ensure the needs of clients are met.
Partner with business leaders across the organization to ensure digital roadmaps and collaborate on the future vision with a digital client perspective.
Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the core digital KPIs and proposed initiatives.
Support and guide digital strategies, lead conceptualization and implementation of key growth initiatives
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Maintain current market intelligence on the overall industry verticals and competitors
Analyze data to assess and report on health of the digital channel, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas of concern
Develop and communicate insights in a compelling narrative to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Digital, specialized analytics, or related discipline
Experience with banking and investment products
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Excellent communication skills, with ability to partner effectively with various levels within the organization.
Advanced excel skills to analyze data and create insightful reports as well as Power Point skills to develop clear and impactful presentations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Comfortable in ambiguous situations, self-starter and self-learner.
Multi-tasking skills with ability to manage complex projects and meet strict deadlines
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience; Masters degree preferred
