Aerotek Production Helper in Ocala, Florida

Job Title: Production Helper

Job Description

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will utilize drawings to build and assemble large pumps for firetrucks. Your role involves documenting defective products and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will utilize basic hand tools, drills, and a tape measurers to complete assemblies. This is a long term opportunity with benefits provided.

Hard Skills

  • Manufacturing and assembly experience (1-5 years preferred)

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Proficiency in using hand and drills

  • Experience reading a tape measurer

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Regular attendance

  • Ability to work overtime as needed

  • Orientation towards quality and safety

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Ocala, Florida.

Work Environment

You will be stationed in a climate-controlled manufacturing plant, equipped with all necessary tools and parts.
