Presbyterian SeniorCare Network Weekend Program RN Supervisor in Oakmont, Pennsylvania
The Premium Weekend Program is designed to provide RNs with the opportunity to work 24 hours per weekend at a premium rate and be eligible for benefits. Experience Required:
A minimum of one year clinical RN experience within the past 5 years
Current PA RN licensure
Available to attend and complete Presbyterian SeniorCare Network three day general orientation and a two day orientation with the Nurse Educator (5 days total M – F). 60 additional hours orientating in the neighborhood preferably based on shift assignment will occur.
Weekend employees will be scheduled to work two (2), twelve-hour (12) shifts each weekend between the hours of 7:00 AM Saturday through 7:30 AM Monday and receive a designated premium rate for weekend hours worked. Shifts are designated as 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (including ½ hour meal break) or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (including ½ hour meal break) on Saturday or Sunday.
Premium Weekend Program employees may work additional weekday hours at a base rate determined by the current hiring scales at years of experience plus applicable community shift differential. Orientation, continuing education, and mandatory meetings will be paid at base rate.

Premium Weekend Program employees will be scheduled to work every weekend (Two 12 hour days) with the exception of pre-approved, scheduled weekends per calendar year based upon vacation accrual.
Vacation - Vacation benefits are based on length of service. An employee may schedule, in advance with management approval and Vacation time available, to take off 4 days per Payroll Calendar year or a total of 2 weekends (48 hours).
