The main functions of a financial analyst are to gather, audit, produce, and analyze financial data and reports for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Extract, review, audit, and process data from source systems that will be used for employer group reports and sales incentive calculations.
Analyze membership and financial data.
Essential Skills
Verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Critical thinking.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Ability to work with large amounts of data and analyze trends.
Solid experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook, and any other related financial software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in accounting or related financial discipline required.
An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
2-4 years of financial and/or accounting experience required.
Work Environment
The work schedule is from 9am to 5pm, with the possibility of overtime. The duration of the position is 3+ months with the possibility to extend and/or convert.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00
