Ferguson Insurance is looking to expand our winning team in Oak Park, Michigan. We are willing to train the right individual for one of our multiple locations.
This opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with AAA-The auto club group but rather employment with the Ferguson Insurance Agency who is an independent contractor that has been serving the surrounding communities since 2014.
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven,person with a desire to make a difference in people lives. As an Authorized Agent, you will be part of a team will be to Help consumers by offering insurance products that meet there insurance needs . Our newest authorized agent will pursue and respond to the request and needs of new prospects and current clients who request or shopping for insurance. .

What Traits are we looking for
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Seek out and generate new business based with leads provided
- Meet new business production goals and objectives established
- Outbound calls to potential leads that are provided
- Cross sell and provide assistance to all customers when needed
- Be well organized and experience utilizing different programs CRS
Requirements
- Hold an active (Property and Casualty) license or willing to obtain one.
- Interested in a sales career,
- Posses an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- An ability to develop positive relationships with new and established customers.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
*Compensation : Pay Range $ 35,000 to 55,000 annually *
