JOB REQUIREMENTS: Supplier Quality Engineer - JR2418833 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be the main bridge in communication between technical and manufacturing teams. You will coordinate and manage daily and long-term activities of Customer, Supplier and intra-affiliate CAIRs. You will also work with Quality Manager and Process Engineers to incorporate lessons learned and non-conformances into Quality Management System (PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Maps and work instructions). You will report to the QA Site Manager and perform your work at the Oak Creek, WI manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities * Take ownership of external (customer & supplier) and internal (plant) non-conformances and drives CAPA at the Oak Creek site and with suppliers. * Lead and/or support improvement activities such as crater prevention and readiness audits. * Work on corrective actions and customer and sister plant responses (8D). * Problem resolution, process standardization, quality improvement, and reduction in customer complaints.
