Location: Oak Creek - NOT near or on a bus line SMT Operator-Machine, 2nd shift, 3:30pm-12am, \$18.50 + .50 shift premium ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Dress Code/PPE: Company provides all PPE. closed toe shoes. Drug Screen: 5 panel Background Check: 7 year no theft or battery Resume/Interview: SITE Staffing will conduct interviews and screen candidates. SITE will complete orientation checklist and send to company HR. RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Job Functions 1. Set-up, operate, and shut-down pick and place, screener, oven and wash equipment. 2. Perform daily and routine maintenance on pick and place, screener, oven and wash equipment. 3. Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of related materials (solder paste and cleaning solutions). 4. Knowledge of proper mixing of related solutions (paste and thinner). 5. Keep work cell clean at all times. 6. Communicate crib, purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering problems to the Captain SMT Machine Operator. 7. Keep records of product WIP. 8. Identify resistor color bands and wire colors (black, brown, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, grey, white, silver, and gold). 9. Use of statistical process control techniques. 10. Push, pull, lift, and obtain/carry assembly parts requiring lifting 40 lbs. from floor height to shoulder height. Non-Essential 1. Keep product thru put data. 2. Push, pull, lift and carry assembly parts from floor height to shoulder height 60 lbs. 3.
