Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Execute cycle counting, packaging purchasing, manager expense and chemical materials and coordinate with suppliers for returning discrepant material.
Basic Oracle Knowledge Development and Understanding
Basic SSP Purchasing Knowledge (Indirect Material)
Basic PFEP Understanding and Planning Parameter
Basic Billing and Accounting Knowledge
Understanding and Running Cycle Count Program (Following up on discrepancies)
Planning and Purchasing Packaging Materials
Facilitate and Process NCR's and MRB Material
Basic understanding of transactions and performing transactions within Oracle
Basic Understanding of Lean and Participating in Lean Kaizen Events
Basic Direct Material Purchasing Utilizing Oracle
Understanding Supply / Demand and Basic Planning Parameters
Entry level understanding into Enterprise / ERT / Seibel / MWS
Further Refining Lean Understanding and Understanding Standard Work
Required Qualifications
This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
