ManpowerGroup Accounts Payable Rep II in Oak Brook, Illinois

Our client, a leading provider in the financial services industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable Rep to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Rep, you will be part of the finance department supporting various teams in managing financial transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Oak Brook, IL

What's the Job?

  • Focus on 1099 processing and reconciliation tasks.

  • Manage accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.

  • Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts payable.

  • Utilize spreadsheets and word processing software for data management.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable (AP) experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Reside in a remote eligible state: IL, IN, WI, DC, or VA.

  • Previous accounting experience is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing software.
