About the Team:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven DEIB Global Project Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives across our global organization. You will drive the operational and strategic management of our Business Resource Groups (BRGs), support metrics and data reporting, and collaborate with key partners to deliver impactful engagement programming.

Responsibilities:

Business Resource Groups (BRGs) Management: Manage the end-to-end BRG experience including: Partner with BRG leaders to develop annual plans, initiatives, and budgets aligned with DEIB and corporate goals.Provide strategic guidance and operational support to drive BRG impact and ensure alignment across regions.Oversee and manage logistics for BRG meetings, programs, and events.

Project and Program Management: Manage multiple DEIB initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.Collaborate with the Global Engagement Manager on the planning and execution of large-scale engagement programming.Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and KPIs to ensure programs meet objectives and deadlines.

Metrics and Data Management: Track, analyze, and report key DEIB metrics to measure progress and inform strategy.Ensure accurate and timely data collection for internal and external reporting needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with regional and global teams to align DEIB efforts across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation of programs and initiatives.Navigate conflict and competing priorities while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Communication and Advocacy: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to leadership and employees to share updates on DEIB initiative or emerging issues.Serve as a visible champion of DEIB, advocating for inclusive practices and behaviors across the organization.Consistently maintain the highest level of confidentiality and good judgement.

Qualifications:

Ability to work onsite in the NYC or NJ office 2-3 times per week.Proven mastery of organization, project management, and multitasking skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Experience managing and analyzing data to inform decision-making and report on outcomes.Demonstrated success working with and across diverse global teams and regions.Knowledge and passion for DEIB principles and practices.Experience in supporting or managing Employee Resource Groups/Business Resource Groups.Familiarity with engagement and culture-building programs.

The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in [New

York City] / [New Jersey]. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than [New York City] / [New Jersey], may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position is $114,750 to $153,000.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
