Description and Requirements

This position is located in Mexico City or Monterrey

Job Summary: The Digital Transformation Business Partner plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions within the context of digital transformation initiatives. They collaborate closely with various business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure effective integration of technology solutions. The primary focus of this role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for digital transformation, managing projects, addressing system issues, and acting as a liaison between business units and IT teams. Proficiency in SAP and project management experience are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and challenges.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions.

Digital Transformation Planning and Implementation:

  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization within the organization.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for digital initiatives in alignment with business goals.

System Integration and IT Liaison:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams.

  • Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of systems and technologies.

Issue Resolution and Bug Fixing:

  • Investigate and troubleshoot system issues reported by business users.

  • Coordinate with IT teams to address bugs, defects, and other technical issues promptly.

Project Management:

  • Lead digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.

  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proficiency in SAP and project management experience

  • English advance mandatory (This position reports to North America)
