Description and Requirements

Job Title: CoA Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain CoA Developer to join our Smart Operations team. The ideal candidate will take integrated robots technology to support supply chain team to develop solutions to solve process automation related pain points and provide necessary training and sharing to users to improve supply chain team RPA capabilities.

This is a full-time opportunity that will work in our Monterrey office, and some team-work with China located members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong development experience with RPA tools to create efficient and effective automation solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to explore RPA opportunity, design and delivery RPA solutions

  • Writing PRD (Product Requirement Document) and other project related documents

  • Develop reusable libraries to improve efficiency and maintainability of automation solutions

  • Deploy and maintain RPA Platform

  • Provide necessary training and sharing to users or potential developers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information System, Software Engineering or equivalent

  • Practical code development is preferred: Python, JavaScript,. NET

  • Proficient in at least one mainstream database, like SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle

  • Proficient in at least one mainstream RPA tools, like UiPath, Power Automate

  • 2 years+ working experience in RPA or software development is preferred.

  • Familiar with Project Management and Agile

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Have a strong interest in digital transformation and RPA
