SHIFTS COULD BE CHILDREN OR ADULT/ELDERLY *GUARANTEED PAY FOR 30 HOURS MINIMUM, AS LONG AS ALL SHIFTS ARE PICKED UP At BrightStar Care we value each of our employees and care about their wellbeing. We strive to provide best-in-class benefits packages, including: * Weekly pay * Flexible shifts * Overtime when needed * Referral Bonus * Private home environment * Free continuing education * Mileage over 25 miles(one way) JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: * Provide client care according to a approved Plan of Care * Assist clients with personal care and hygiene * Meal preparation & light housekeeping * Provide transportation as required * Assist in providing a safe environment for client * Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements ROLE REQUIREMENTS: * HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE CARING FOR CHILDREN - in a professional setting OR parenting, babysitting, etc. * Have at least one year of hands on experience in a home health environment* * Be available to work 30 hours/week minimum * Be able to work 12 hour shifts * Pass a 10 panel drug screen * Valid driver’s license * Reliable car / auto insurance * Clean background and criminal record PLEASE NOTE THE THE ABOVE ARE REQUIRED AND NOT NEGOTIABLE If selected provide the following: * American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR * Negative TB Results within last year Join a leader in the home health care industry that provides nursing oversight on each and every case – no matter how small.
