Reporting to local Eurofins Leadership, the function of this role is to provide services to the client, at their facilities, within design research programs for various ADME functions.
Job Responsibilities
Designing adsorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) research on compounds, drug agents and metabolites in pre-clinical and clinical development.
A specific focus on bioequivalence studies
Developing protocols and preparing study documentation and reports to support international submissions of marketing authorisations
Supporting development by modelling and simulation practices
Works closely with clinical coordinators and bioanalytical experts on clinical studies, including management of studies
Cooperates in pharmaceutical drug development and contributes their biopharmaceutical expertise.
Operates across a GCP and GLP environment
Performing other ad hoc tasks and duties that may be required in order to perform the role.
Science degree in a relevant discipline (Pharmaceutical Science is an advantage)
2 to 3 years experience in an ADME / PK environment
Excellent and proven quantitative skills – data review, processing and assessment within an ADME environment
Good and proven scientific writing skills – previously published research is an advantage
Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (especially advanced Excel, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to plan, multi task and prioritise
Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written & verbal), and organisational skills
Proven ability to work independently coupled with mature collaboration skills
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Very strong analytical skills
Positive attitude and sense of urgency
Ability to take complex concepts and reduce them to step by step plans and actions, and help others do the same
Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly
Excellent client service skills, attention to detail, and persistence.
Proficiency within GCP and GLP environments is a requirement
Proficient in English; proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
