We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Reassembly and Disassembly Technician with a strong background in quality control to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the meticulous disassembly and reassembly of vehicles, ensuring all parts are handled with care and precision. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disassembly: Carefully dismantle vehicles, ensuring all parts are cataloged, stored safely, and labeled correctly for easy identification and reassembly.

  • Reassembly: Accurately reassemble vehicles using the correct tools and techniques, ensuring all components are installed properly and meet manufacturer specifications.

  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections throughout the disassembly and reassembly processes to ensure all work meets stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all disassembly and reassembly activities, including parts inventory, condition reports, and any deviations from standard procedures.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and quality control personnel to resolve any issues that arise during the disassembly and reassembly processes.

  • Tool Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry advancements and improve technical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in vehicle disassembly and reassembly, with a proven track record in quality control.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using automotive tools and diagnostic equipment; ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix issues efficiently.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods.
