ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Supervisor in Novi, Michigan
Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be part of the Production Department, supporting various manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to safety.
Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor
Location: Novi, MI
Pay Range: $32-35/hr
What’s the Job?
Oversee daily manufacturing activities in a complex, low-volume environment.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and optimize resource allocation within your area.
Drive achievement of KPIs (key performance indicators) including lead time, quality, cost, efficiency, and more.
Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing solutions.
Foster team development by providing training, mentorship, and clear communication.
Collaborate with Engineering and Logistics to solve technical challenges.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or Team Leader.
Proven ability to implement continuous improvement strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call as needed.
