Job Summary: The Financial Analyst will work to achieve challenging objectives in complex environment and under time constraints; support timely and accurate analysis of financial results; consolidate the North American status and forecast/plans; and maintain records of expenses, inventories, and budget balances. Responsibilities: Use HFM to consolidate for North American region Plan the MEC, forecast, budgeting and business plan schedule Cashflow forecasting for each ledger Analysis of the EBIT cashflow and find risks and opportunities Review the risk and opportunities and figure out the impact/s Develop the template/tools based on HFM or QAD for different analysis purpose Do different kinds of allocation in the system with tools or templates, such as platforming Review and analysis of the AR, AP, tooling and aging inventory Review and analysis of CAPEX Analysis of the off-standard items and summarize the key impact/s Analysis of the program profitability and mix analysis Analysis of the customer LTA, claims, supplier PACT, ECOM. Analysis of the run-rate and follow up on the one-timer impact Prepare PowerPoint presentations Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or adequate professional experience focusing on financial/controlling especially accounting, finance, or controlling. 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the automotive sector Strong financial analysis and planning background and accuracy Proficient with multiple computer systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and QAD Ability to develop analysis templates and tools Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience Ability to sort and manipulate large amounts of data High aptitude for problem solving in order to resolve business, financial, customer, and organizational issues Proven interpersonal and teamwork skills Must possess highly effective analytical skills in areas of accounting, critical thinking, analysis and communication
