The Field Marketing Coordinator supports the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing and Manager, Field Marketing – New Schools in providing tactical marketing and enrollment support to field partners in their assigned division. This role will collaborate with school leaders to assess lead funnel KPIs, deliver coaching, and ensure consistent lead funnel management to grow enrollment and ensure effectiveness of marketing actions in their region or district.
Essential Functions:
Partner with Sr. Manager, Field Marketing to provide ongoing support of outlier school leaders, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing personalized solutions to improve performance.
Regularly review key performance indicators with school leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities.
Work closely with Field Marketing Specialists to develop, implement, and maintain consistent and standardized processes for field marketing support.
Provide regular coaching support to ensure effective use of LCG’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other marketing tools, including signage collateral and websites. Implement campaigns to support retention and enrollment growth for new school leadership and school remodels.
Monitor online school reviews and provide constructive and action-oriented feedback to field leaders.
Partner with Sr. Manager, Field Marketing to provide regular communication and support updates to field leaders.
Work closely with the Manager, Field Marketing – New Schools to execute on initial marketing set-up activities.
Utilize CRM system to compile data and execute marketing campaigns for focus districts.
Partner with creative team to manage existing assets and submit requests for new assets as needs arise.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience required.
Other Skills and Abilities Qualifications:

Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and adept at utilizing various support tools and technologies while maintaining thorough documentation of interactions and solutions.
Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
Strong project management to coordinate marketing events and campaigns.
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.
Ability to work independently.
Capable of building strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
$53-58k
This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
