Insight Global Sr Product Manager in Novato, California
Job Description
A leader in the Gaming Industry is looking for a Sr Product Manager to join their Product team. They will be partnering with the Product Team and Data Insights Team while working with studios to look at games, understand their investments, and work with partners with evaluate and identify opportunities, risks, and recommendations. It is important this candidate has experience reviewing data/dashboards as they will be leveraging player data and insights.
Other responsibilities include:
Closely collaborate with development and publishing teams to dene Live Services product & business strategy for unannounced projects, including:
Collaborate with studio and publishing teams to build Live Services plans which improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value in harmony with franchise objectives & player expectations.
Use data, insights (research), and user testing to build a deep understanding of player behaviors, engagement patterns, content preferences, and player trust.
Implement the goals and benchmarks to measure player base health and business performance.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years experience in product management
Gaming Industry Experience (AAA titles)
Experience with KPIs, player engagement, and overall data
Ability to identify trends based on data/dashboards null
