Trihealth Inc SYSTEM COORDINATOR-SERVICE ACCESS in Norwood, Ohio
Job Overview: This position is responsible for coordinating activities surrounding data management systems in Service Access. This position is also responsible for development, reporting, user training, auditing, troubleshooting and support of TriHealthconnect application, and supporting software. This positions responsibility includes database management, auditing, tracking and reporting productivity information. This position calls for someone who is good at problem solving and communication skills. This position routinely interacts with internal and external users, resolves troubleshooting requests from the Help Desk, system vendors, end users and Information Systems. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree Knowledge of health care or experience with systems in a clinical environment 3-4 years experience in Service Access or a related field Job Responsibilities: Support users of all systems within Service Access. Quality - Exceeds accuracy expectations Provides meaningful statistical information Productivity: Proven track record of exceeding productivity targets Updates THC IT team with requests from departments. Completes requests in a timely manner. Other Job-Related Information: This person must be flexible and able to juggle tasks and to prioritize accordingly. Travel will be required between sites to provide training and support to Access departments.
