Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for an exciting opportunity in Norwood, MA? Join our team and become an integral part of our operations. We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to fill the role of Forklift Operator. Responsibilities: * Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials within the facility. * Transport products to and from storage areas, loading docks, and delivery trucks. * Conduct routine pre- and post-operational checks on forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning. * Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed. * Collaborate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow. * Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during forklift operations. * Perform general warehouse tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility. * Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and productive environment. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or distribution center. * Valid Sit-down or Stand-up forklift certification is a plus * Ability to operate Stand up and Sit down forklifts. * Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials. * Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. * Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operation. * High school diploma or equivalent.
