Team Lead Patient Experience, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital United Health Services is seeking a Team Lead Patient Experience to join our Physician Services 03 department at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$15.61 - $23.45 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
Oversee day to day registration/front end operations for the outpatient clinics. Working to improve patient experience and prevent process breakdowns to promote quality care. Working with operations and nurse managers to create a team of highly trained and motivated staff to work together and collaboratively with other departments. Identify and coordinate process changes to improve efficiencies.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Associates Degree with three (3) years of experience in leadership and training
