Salary ranges from $58,500 - $62,500 annually depending on Experience and Qualifications.
New hires are eligible for a $1,500 sign on bonus

The Community Homes Residential Manager is a creative, flexible, organized, and compassionate leader, who ensures that the home they manage is a place of shelter, safety, and serenity for the residents who chose our program. The Residential Manager trains, guides, and engages with their team of Direct Support Professionals. Under the guidance of the Residential Manger, DSPs in each home are facilitators, mentors, and agents for meaningful choice for the people who chose to make a Springbrook home their home.
Position Summary:
The Residential Manager is responsible for the overall function and oversight of their assigned location(s). The Residential Manager’s principle duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
The typical schedule is Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm with one (1) weekend day per month. However, Residential Managers may need to change their schedule based on the needs of the program and workload. This may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday hours.
Residential Managers will participate on the 24-hour on-call rotation process. This may include responding in person for specified situations resulting in health and safety for residents. Follow on-call guidance.
The Residential Manager is responsible to hire, train, supervise, engage and retain Assistant Residential Managers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
Ensure that employees support personal outcomes, safety and security of individuals receiving services.
Conduct and/or participate in Life Plan meetings, assessments, or other meetings with individuals receiving services and/or other service providers.
Conduct clinical and administrative reviews of Habilitation Plans, monthly notes, and Medicaid billing to ensure compliance.
Complete all required documentation reviews to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws, etc.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and P&P as dictated by all regulating agencies and State and Federal laws.
Responsible for the schedule, time and attendance, PTO requests, learning compliance and any other staff related operations.
Conduct regular staff meetings, monthly employee meetings, annual reviews, and employee performance reports.
Ongoing communication and collaboration with family members, advocates, legal guardians, and other treatment team members.
Follow all 633/624/625 regulations, Incident Reporting, investigation process, IRMA entry, follow up and completion of recommendations as needed.
Identify, report, and/or correct all safety hazards including physical plant problems including the completion of fire drills (monthly and as needed).
Audit resident personal allowance funds and follow Springbrook personal allowance policy and procedures
Maintain medication certification per Springbrook policies

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
College degree preferred. May use a combination of education and/or experience that meet the requirements for this position.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience required; four (4) preferred.
The Residential Manager should possess good analytical, written and oral communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and effective time management and organizational skills.
Must be computer literate with ability to learn Springbrook operating systems and all applicable software.
Must be able to create and present written reports and respond to questions about reports.
Must be able to work to work a flexible schedule.
Must be able to lift 50lbs independently and assist in lifting weights exceeding 50lbs.
Meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.
Must complete Springbrook New Manager Orientation.
