Schedule: Flexible hours- full time position/ open to part time.

Key Responsibilities:

· Data Entry

· Answering phones

· Filing-scanning

· Supporting owner with PO's, invoices, and scheduling meetings

· Microsoft Office

· Help build proposals for potential customers.

· Maintaining database

· Maintaining company database/ PO’s/contracts

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an admin or in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demand

The pay rate Admin Assistant jobs is $20-25/hr., depending on experience.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
