Position Title: Collision Technician Department: Operations Reports to: General Manager

Position Summary: The Collision Technician repairs vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Kaizen Collision Centers S.O.P. insurance partner and industry guidelines/standards. THIS IS A FLAG RATE PAID POSITION.

Responsibilities: Examines damaged vehicles and efficiently plans repair process. Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status. Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle. Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind. Makes decisions on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time. Attend/collaborate with the team during daily production meetings.

Requirements: Ability to use frame machine. Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 Commission/year

The posted salary is an approximation and is subject to change depending on experience.
