LCI-Lawinger Consulting Sr. Financial Analyst - Operations in Northern MN, Minnesota

*This is a direct hire onsite position in Northern MN

Summary:

As the Financial Analyst/Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with our client's manufacturing operations leaders on strategic projects. Your role involves implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyzing spending trends, evaluating scenarios, and assisting in forecasting. Your insights will directly impact financial outcomes and influence process improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead finance business partner for manufacturing operations leadership, providing financial insights and participating in cross-functional meetings.

  • Develop and maintain KPIs in collaboration with manufacturing and finance leadership.

  • Assist in annual budget preparation and ongoing financial projections.

  • Analyze variances between actual and forecasted results, identifying opportunities and risks.

  • Conduct sensitivity analysis to guide decision-making.

  • Provide financial insights during monthly reviews and collaborate on scalable business solutions.

  • Liaise between the business team and accounting department.

  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

  • Maintain reporting tools for manufacturing leadership analysis.

  • Handle multiple projects, balancing detail-oriented tasks with high-level challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in financial analysis.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in financial forecasting and analysis.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive leadership skills and ability to drive results.
