We have partnered with a global leader in safety science who is looking for a Business Process Improve Consultant. This person is responsible for enhancing and designing business processes through the effective use of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Workfront. You will work closely with various stakeholders to streamline workflows, ensure seamless platform configuration, and drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.\ \ This is a fully remote, 12 month contract working 40 hours per week. Experience with AEM, Workfront and/or similar programs is required.\ \ You will partner with the marketing leadership team to document current processes and find strategic ways to improve and optimize which will then be used across other business units.\ \ Job Responsibilities:\ 1. Process Design: Identify, design, and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging the capabilities of AEM and Workfront.\ 2. Platform Configuration: Configure and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Workfront to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.\ 3. Integration Management: Oversee the integration of AEM and Workfront with other enterprise systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.\ \ Qualifications:\ Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in process management or Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.\ 5+ years of experience in process enablement, business process improvement, or a related field, with specific experience in Adobe Experience Manager and Workfront OR similar programs\ Proven track record of successfully configuring and optimizing AEM and Workfront to meet business needs.\ Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.\ \ #LI-LS1\ \ \ \ Creative Circle\'s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
