This position contributes to Starbucks success by providing advanced support for the Starbucks Canada Human (Partner) Resources team while acting in accordance with the Starbucks Mission and Values

As a Sr PRO Coordinator, you will have responsibilities in the following areas:

Professional Expertise:

Coordinates and organizes meetings events and small projects; manages calendars

Understands and adheres to company policies

• Supports PRO team with partners transactions lie MSS forms and letters

• Leverages confidential information and sensitive data and reports

Business Acumen:

Seeks to understand project management standards and methodologies and workstreams

Tracks and updates team documents, including budgets, project notes to provide support on projects or processes or events

Understands business function and how business needs

• Ensure data accuracy and maintains system audits while resolving data discrepancies and tracking issues

Prioritizing + Planning

Leverages and pulls confidential and sensitive talent data and reports

• Understands and utilizes org health data to help inform talent plans

Assists with optimizing tools or processes to drive talent processes more effectively

Supports administering of org and team effectiveness tools

• Collaborates with peers and contributes cross functionally

Collaboration + Communication

• Supports partners and or project team using effective communication and provides information

• Connects with PRO BPs and or leaders to understand what is needed to achieve results, including leveraging processes and communication to respond to partner care and support in crisis management

• Partners with PRO BPs and leaders to determine data needed related to I&D priorities

• Understands tenants of change management and role models change agility

• Services as a SME on cross-functional teams and projects to support PRO business objectives

Qualifications -

We’d love to hear from people with:

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Advanced knowledge of office procedures and general office equipment

• Ability to build relationships

• Ability to make recommendations on changes in approach, concepts, and the design of solutions as a member of a team

• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

• Bilingual fluency (French and English) as an asset
