What to Expect:

As an Expert Panelist and you’ll be the first to get to indulge in the latest Nestle creations before they hit the shelves! Experience the thrill of tasting a brand-new Kit Kat flavor or savoring the aroma of the next Nespresso coffee pod. This unique role offers you the opportunity to shape the future of Nestle products and be at the forefront of innovation. Don't miss your chance to turn your love for food into a sensory adventure. Sensory panelists will be trained to identify, describe, and quantify attributes of products. The sensory panel meets on Wednesdays and Thursday for 6h per week total (must be available weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m.-no exceptions or flexibility)

A day in the life of an Expert Sensory Taste Panelist:

As an Expert Panelist, you will collaborate with our team to contribute to the decision-making process for our exciting brands and products.

  • Increase your tasting abilities! All sensory training will be provided to you.

  • Be a part of our trusted expert sensory panel, providing expert evaluation of our products using all five senses.

  • You’ll learn to evaluate products objectively as an “instrument” rather than subjectively like a consumer would.

  • Work collaboratively with your fellow expert tasters to describe sensory delivery of our products

  • Make an impact! The data and results you’ll contribute to allows the business to achieve big wins.

Role Requirements

  • For First 2 week availability is required for the initial training sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 9-12.

  • From 3rd week onwards availability is required on a weekly basis from 9 am to 12 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

  • No food allergies or dietary restrictions. 

  • Diverse food interests. 

  • An average or above average ability to smell and taste. 

  • Good verbal/written communication skills. 

  • Some comfort level with computers. 

  • Looking for part-time work or simply just leisure pursuit.
